The story behind it: The cotton fabrics traditionally produced in China usually have a clearly visible weave structure, which often gives them a slightly uneven and natural texture. However, the structure of this fabric is very fine and the colour scheme in pink and green is also unusual, as traditional fabrics come often in neutral tones such as white, beige and gray. The narrow width of our fabric suggests that it was made for decorative purposes and not for clothing as is often the case.
