We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or reject of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
