Processing times
All orders will be processed within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order.

Shipping costs and delivery areas
We ship our products within Germany and to selected European countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

. Shipping within Germany: 4.99€
. Shipping to EU countries: 13.99€

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 100€, and to EU countries for orders over 150€.

Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability of goods:

. Standard delivery within Germany: approx. 2-4 working days
. Shipping to EU countries: approx. 2-8 working days

Shipping service providers
We ship our packages with DHL to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Shipment tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Packaging and sustainability
We attach great importance to environmentally friendly packaging and also reuse packaging that has already been used, as long as it is in good condition.

If delivery is not possible and the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
