The story behind it:
"The stars are aligned" (literally: "The stars are good")
The Warli are a very ancient Indian tribe living in Maharashtra, north of Mumbai. To this day, they speak a language that has no written form. Therefore, the creation myths and stories of their nature religion are passed down in images that use a very simple formal language: triangle, circle, square, with the square at the center.

The wooden block print is usually used for textile printing; here it has been applied to Chinese bone china.
